Do you know what happen when we snore?
During last years has grow up interest on
know about snoring and apnea. That is
because, those pathologies are very common
in the community and of course, have medical
and social implications.
Snores are respiration sound present during
sleeping, principally during inspiration,
but also in the exhalation.
Those sounds are the result of vibration of
the connective tissue and soft structures of
high respiration way when is partially
obstructed. That is similar when you open

tips that can be useful for those patients
who snore are:
· Loose excess weight.
· Exercise regularly.
· Avoid alcohol, condiment food and sleeping
pills 3 hours before going to bed.
When those symptoms are more severe, there
are other options like:
· Surgery: Treatment with intraoral
apparatus (jaw proteases). That is

going to sleep, have an adequate size, it is

that, because of snoring, are sleeping
separate.

that people who suffer that kind of problems
take conscious that stop snoring will change
their sleeping levels and their way of life.
