Do you know what happen when we snore?

During last years has grow up interest on know about snoring and apnea. That is because, those pathologies are very common in the community and of course, have medical and social implications.

Snores are respiration sound present during sleeping, principally during inspiration, but also in the exhalation.

Those sounds are the result of vibration of the connective tissue and soft structures of high respiration way when is partially obstructed. That is similar when you open washstand key and water flow normally, but if you obstruct exit, water flow quickly.
