Dear friends, we have beginning the new millennium which bring us a lot of surprises in all aspects, politics, social, technology and scientific. I wish those would be for humankind. In our profession we are hoping discoveries, some of them are almost finished and scientist are just verifying results, in other cases investigation is hardly starting.

But this entire scientist advances will be prosecute to offer our patients health, leaving behind sad experiences from the past, specially from the beginning of the century until 50's, like the appearance of famous drill.

Many generations grew up with willingness to the dentist (now we are using terminology "odontologist"), everyone referred to our profession like the biggest torture that a man could be exposed. Fortunately for all, odontology has been evolutioning favorably thanks to technology that gives back our patients their mouth health more easily.

At the present time odontology is very different and quickly, our patients have realized that the best odontology is the prevention, new generation has become aware of their mouth health to them and for their family, that is a step forward to our education and costumes. That makes our profession cheaper, quicker, efficient and adequate.

To Control Odontologico Integral is, our slogan says: "the reason why our center exists is to satisfy our patients". I would like to thank the time dedicated to this summary, which is conceived with pleasure and hoping to leave something useful on you. I send you salutations.
