Thank you for the e-mail; so nice to hear from you.
You have truly gained our confidence with your professionalism and dedication to your work and your patients.
And you have gained our friendship with your good heart. You truly care about your patients. One of Tuija's co-workers asked today (her first day back at work) if she can recommend a good German dentist (he has had bad experiences with his former German dentist), and Tuija had said that she really can't recommend any German dentist but she knows one excellent one in Merida and the dentist's name is Victor.
Tuija and I will tell everyone we know about you; we are so impressed with your work and you.

Dear Dr. Gamez:
I just wanted to drop you a quick note telling how pleased I am with your services and the work of your staff as a whole. As you know, about two –(2) months ago I contacted you for a dental implant. I called you because my mother-in-law recommended you very highly. In addition, I was very impressed with your web site. I was not disappointed. Everything on your web site is absolutely true. I was very impressed with your professionalism and attention to detail. On my first visit to your beautiful office, you gave me a complete analysis of the dental work I needed. You explained everything to me thoroughly, and I was thrilled with the price you quoted me. Needless to say, the same procedure in the United States would have cost me many times more. I was particularly impressed at your ability to explain the dental work I needed in layman’s terms I could understand. Furthermore, I was very appreciative of your efforts to accomplish the dental work I needed during my two week stay in Merida while at the same time being extraordinarily considerate of my vacation plans. That kind of flexibility and understanding from a doctor of your caliber is very rare in today’s world. Needless to say, I know I received top-notch dental care at an extremely reasonable price.

In my line of work, as in yours, reputation is everything. Therefore, I do not make recommendations lightly because ultimately the performance of the individual or firm I recommend will reflect on me. I can say without any hesitation that I will and in fact have recommended you to my friends and colleagues here in the States and will continue to do so.
